Before our initial meeting a little over a year ago I had already finished a three-month selling agreement with an agent from Sotheby?s. My prior experience was unsatisfactory and I told you what I needed to accomplish and you listened. Even before I signed the sellers agreement I was trying to get my $10k deposit back from another developer in downtown LA and you referred me to someone who was able to help me get it back even though we had just met. You went above and beyond.
We listed my property when the real estate market was already plummeting and after two months into it, it was obvious the reality would be a short sale.
